Founder Steve Chisholm moves to Executive Chair role to focus on growth opportunities for the business.

Jess Arnold appointed as Managing Director to lead the premier sports marcomms agency.

Run Communications is pleased to announce that senior communications expert Jess Arnold has been newly appointed as Managing Director of the leading sports communications agency, following five years working with the team.

Run’s Founder, Steve Chisholm will move to the role of Executive Chair after thirteen years leading the business and will focus on senior client work and business development. 

Arnold will take on her new role overseeing day to day client work and operations with immediate effect, following a hugely successful year leading Run’s dedicated Women’s sports division.

Jess Arnold has spent the past twelve months leading Run’s work with World Rugby / Women’s Rugby World Cup, MCC/Lord’s as well as The National Lottery’s campaign activity in women’s football and Olympic and Paralympic programmes. 

Alongside her long-standing relationship with Run Communications working on campaigns across UEFA Women’s Euros, FIFA Women’s World Cup and multiple Olympic and Paralympic Games, Jess brings over 18 years' experience working for leading brands and organisations including McDonald's, NHS, MCC/Lord's and Help for Heroes/Invictus Games. 

Jess Arnold reflected on her new role:

Together, we’ll continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients and partners - championing the power of sport to drive positive change and exploring the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.”

Run Communications will also be recruiting for a new, experienced Account Director to continue to drive forward their specialist women’s sport division.
