We are seeking a creative and ambitious Social & Content Executive to become an integral and valued part of our team.

The Role 

The focus of this role will be to support and deliver a consistent, high-quality flow of multimedia content across our clients’ social media accounts, helping to drive engagement, grow audiences and strengthen their brands.

As part of the Digital team, you will be integral to content planning, creation, editing, posting and performance reporting, while also helping to identify new content opportunities and innovative ways to tell stories for our clients.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a passion for digital content, social media trends and creative production, who is excited to develop their skills in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Day to day will include:

  • Working closely with the Digital manager and agency clients to plan and deliver a regular content calendar across clients’ key channels.
  • Creating, editing and publishing engaging video, static and written content across social and digital platforms for our clients.
  • Capturing content during events, content days and key moments for clients.
  • Regularly identifying new and innovative content opportunities that help bring our clients’ stories, people and activity to life.
  • Supporting the wider business with content requests for internal and external use.
  • Managing content scheduling and ensuring output is timely, relevant and on-brand for clients.
  • Community management, including monitoring and responding to comments and messages to help build positive audience relationships.
  • Pulling together regular performance reports, using analytics to track engagement, audience growth and content effectiveness and reporting back to clients
  • Using insight and reporting to inform recommendations and improve future content output.
  • Managing and organising content and asset libraries.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn new skills and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

  • Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience or knowledge of filming and video editing, particularly for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Professional experience of social media content creation and channel management (min 6 months)
  • Creative flair with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and insights to enhance performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with content scheduling and social media management tools.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, trends, and audience behaviour.

The Package

  • Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
